As Head of AI, you will lead this transformation.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, this newly created role owns and orchestrates Prezzee’s end-to-end AI agenda spanning strategy, execution, and ROI. You’ll lead enterprise-wide AI transformation while also laying the foundations for future innovation, including AI-enabled and agent-driven commerce.

Working closely with the AI Tech Lead and cross-functional partners across Tech, Data, InfoSec, and Architecture, you’ll own AI strategy, prioritisation, and business outcomes, ensuring every initiative is aligned, scalable, and delivers measurable value.

Responsibilities

→Shape and execute the AI roadmap, aligning to business priorities across growth, product, and operations
→Drive measurable business impact from AI initiatives, including revenue growth, improved customer experience, and more efficient internal operations
→Build out our partnerships with leading AI providers such as Google, AWS, and Anthropic that accelerate capability and innovation
→Establish and build out AI governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks in collaboration with InfoSec
→Partner with Data and Architecture teams to ensure strong foundations and delivery readiness
→Shape Prezzee’s future in AI-driven and agent-enabled commerce
→Champion and deliver a workforce AI literacy program, empowering teams to work smarter with AI
→Provide clear, transparent reporting on progress, risks, and ROI to senior stakeholders

A clear AI roadmap delivering measurable ROI
High-impact AI use cases deployed across product, operations, and customer experience
Established AI governance and responsible practices
Strong partnerships with leading AI providers driving capability uplift
Increased AI adoption and literacy across the organisation

Proven experience leading large-scale AI, data and/or digital transformation programs
Combines transformation leadership with knowledge of AI and Data across AI-native applications, data platforms and use case delivery
Ability to translate strategy into clear, executable plans and initiatives with strong focus on measurable outcomes
Experience managing strategic technology partnerships and internal stakeholders across all levels with strong influencing skills
Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems by acting as linking pin between technical and business teams
A builder mindset; comfortable balancing vision with hands-on execution with clear focus on quality, security, and doing things the right way
Understanding of e-commerce, payments, and transactional systems preferred
