About the Role
- In this multi-skilled position, you will:
- Deliver exceptional guest service at reception, over the phone, and throughout the hotel
- Efficiently and professionally check guests in and out
- Manage front office cashiering, payments, and basic reporting
- Support Food & Beverage operations during peak periods
- Assist with conference room set-ups and catering delivery
- Respond confidently to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback
- Promote hotel services, including upgrades, breakfast, parking, and dining options
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping, reservations, and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
About You
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a hotel environment (Front Office experience preferred)
- A strong customer-service mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism
- A team-oriented and flexible approach to work
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- First Aid certification (desirable, but not essential)
