Job Title: Sales Supervisor Company Overview: Private 4T is a leading digital education platform dedicated to providing innovative and advanced educational solutions that meet the needs of students and educators worldwide. Location: Remote (Anywhere within Egypt) Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and strategize on sales approaches. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the digital education sector. Identify new market opportunities and work with the team to expand the customer base. Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. Ensure the team maintains accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM. Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for growth. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Coordinate with customer support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Stay updated on industry trends and digital education advancements to inform sales strategies. Requirements Requirements and Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Experience: 6-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Proven experience in the digital education sector. Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM). Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital education products and services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
