Import Analyst

Location:  Gainesville, GA - On Site

Schedule:  Rotating Weekend and Holidays Required

Job Type:  Full-Time, Non-Exempt

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include but are not limited to the following:

• Run and process client files in the production environment accurately and within established processing timelines.
• Review and evaluate incoming files for completeness, accuracy, and processing readiness.
• Troubleshoot file errors, warnings, rejected records, and other processing exceptions and determine the appropriate resolution.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding file issues, processing requirements, new formats, and timelines.
• Ensure import files are processed in a timely manner to meet all established Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
• Document and maintain import instructions, processing procedures, and other departmental documentation.
• Provide support and cross-train on departmental staff duties as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 

• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic file and data processing issues.
• High technical aptitude, including proficiency with Excel, Word, and other computer processes/programs.
• Ability to learn and work with proprietary systems, file formats, and data-processing applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven production environment.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and company holidays.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
