Our multinational team - currently situated in sixteen locations in Europe and Asia - is bonded by the effort to belong to the “best rated” sales organizations of our multinational and local customers. Built on a healthy financial basis, we are extending our executive team for the future with an experiences sales leader.

Responsibilities

  • Having aside in 2026 also the experience of the founder and chairman of the group, you will shape the company’s organic development in particular by strengthening the personnel structure in Sales .
  • As a member of the executive team, you collaborate closely with your colleagues in charge of Product Management & Supply Chain (CCO) and Internal and Supportive Services (COO), to align sales initiatives with the company strategy as well as with services and requirements of your partners.
  • You lead and develop our multinational Europe-wide sales organization. You will drive penetration in strategic market segments and achieve sustainable turnover growth ; you hold full budget, performance. and P&L responsibility for the Sales division.
  • Expand to new areas; the next planned milestone is establishing a branch in US
  • You will support key client relationships, guide and train your teams in identifying and developing concrete business cases. You accompany managers in field sales and open doors in the market!
  • You will orchestrate field- and inside sales activities internally, so to increase our market power.

Requirements

  • You have already been successful for several years in a strategic sales position as Head of Sales or as Managing Director within a medium-sized international trading company.
  • Experience in international trade and distribution of raw materials is a requirement, experience with chemical raw materials is an advantage.
  • You have the gift to develop pioneering concepts based on careful analysis and to manage their implementation quickly.
  • As a sales person, you are fascinated by business. Your negotiating skills make you the “top seller” of our services to international industrial customers.
  • You listen but others also learn from you. You have strong leadership skills and have successfully managed qualified sales staff directly.
  • You have an awareness of cost-benefit assessment and rational, smooth-running processes. You actively research customer market data, initiate and support the development of the product range in cooperation with the CCO.
  • Your English is business fluent, other language skills are an advantage.
