Ensure a professional, structured and high-standard experience for both Clients and Candidates. Business Partner Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with Clients and Candidates. Understand their real needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions. Market Research Conduct focused market research to identify industry trends, talent availability and competitive intelligence. Use insights to strengthen client advisory and candidate positioning. Strategic Planning Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective recruitment strategies. Contribute ideas that improve quality, speed and market positioning. Winning Profiles Prepare compelling candidate presentations that clearly demonstrate suitability and impact. Maintain our highest quality standards using modern tools and structured communication. Team Collaboration Work closely with an ambitious and performance-oriented team. Share insights and best practices to raise the overall bar. Expected Professional Traits Experience Minimum 2 years in recruitment or B2B sales-related roles. Business Development Skills Ability to source new clients and build value-driven cooperation with existing partners. Commercial mindset and confidence in relationship-driven sales. Recruitment Skills Ability to lead full-cycle recruitment processes independently. Strong judgment in selecting and positioning candidates. Language Skills Fluent English is essential. Additional EU language such as German, Dutch, Spanish or Czech is a strong advantage. Expected Personal Traits Relationship Building: Natural ability to build trust with senior professionals.
