Plumbing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Department Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our plumbing division. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality job execution, effective team leadership, and driving the department toward profit and revenue targets.

• →Manage day-to-day operations of the plumbing division, ensuring top-tier service and job quality.
• →Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of plumbers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• →Set and track departmental goals, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth.
• →Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and identify areas for operational improvements.
• →Handle budgeting, forecasting, and P&L (Profit and Loss) management to ensure the department’s financial success.
• →Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for long-term growth and success.

• A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the plumbing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
• Contractor’s License (preferred but not required).
• Strong hands-on experience in residential plumbing.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and P&L management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and address challenges efficiently.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
