Pathways Operations Officer

• Play a key role in shaping the student experience and supporting successful transitions into university study.
• Build strong partnerships with secondary schools while coordinating impactful pathway programs.
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on a fixed term basis for 3 years.
• Base salary range: $99,040 – $104,669 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education and Student Experience) provides strategic leadership across the University's education portfolio, driving excellence in learning, teaching, student experience, and academic quality. • Coordinate the operational delivery of Pathway Programs, including planning, scheduling, administration, and continuous process improvement.
• Provide high-quality student support, responding to enquiries, monitoring engagement and progression, and helping students navigate their pathway journey.
• Build strong relationships with partner schools and internal stakeholders to support student recruitment, transition, participation, and program effectiveness.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Experience coordinating administration, services, or programs within a complex organisation, with an ability to contribute to operational planning and service delivery.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience managing enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting positive customer or student outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational, and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and build productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving capability, and proficiency across common business technologies, including Microsoft Office applications, databases, and communication systems.
