The Organizational Change Consultant will lead and support organization-wide change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies and strategies. You will partner closely with the Enterprise Program Management Office, Internal Communications, Learning & Development, Continuous Improvement, HR and executive leaders to minimize resistance, maximize engagement and drive sustainable transformation for major strategic programs.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned to business objectives and program goals.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks, gaps and barriers to adoption.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and secure buy‑in across all levels of the business.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and communication sessions to promote understanding and commitment.
  • Design and deliver targeted communications and support materials for affected audiences.
  • Partner with L&D to develop training content and coordinate learning activities that enable adoption.
  • Track and report on change progress and adoption metrics; provide recommendations and corrective actions to leadership.
  • Capture lessons learned and share best practices to improve future change efforts.
  • Help develop a change‑capable culture and support a Community of Practice to embed consistent change approaches across the organisation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in organisational development, HR, change, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in change management, organisational development, HR, program/project management or consulting, including large‑scale transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Practical experience with PROSCI ADKAR or a similar change management framework preferred.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and reporting capability.
  • Comfortable working in cross‑functional teams and partnering with senior leaders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestic and internationally as required (10–20%).
