Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Band 4 Locum General Rehabilitation Support Worker you will assist in delivering rehabilitation programs for patients as directed by the supervising physiotherapist or occupational therapist. You will support patients in their daily activities, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will perform manual handling and mobility assistance to ensure patient safety and comfort. You will monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the clinical team promptly. You will maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and progress in accordance with organizational policies. You will work effectively and independently in the community, providing care to patients in various home environments across Tower Hamlets.
Requirements

- Comfortable with lone working in the community and able to travel around Tower Hamlets.
- Physically capable of providing manual handling support to patients in their homes.
