This position is responsible for assisting supervisors in running production in an efficient and productive manner.

• Assisting the supervisor in running the designated department assigned (flat or terry)
• Must meet production standards
• Must assure the quality of every bin leaving the department is of the highest quality possible
• Maintain the flow of the bins throughout the department
• Place rewash bins in correct department and segregate by hotel
• Keeping the department clean and in good housekeeping order
• Enforce safety in the department
• Keep enough linen to be processed by machine, so employees do not need to move from their work stations.
• Must be able to adhere and comply with all company safety programs
• Take inventory for customers as needed
• Lead and motivate their teams
• Review and understand company SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Other duties as requested by immediate supervisor and/or management group

• Education: High school equivalent or related experience in field
• Attention to detail is a must
• Able to respond to basic verbal commands
• Aptitude for working with numbers
• Flexible schedule mandatory
• Laundry experience
