Join us as an HR Product Manager (AI & Automation) to shape how AI transforms people operations for our People team (75 people). You'll spot where AI creates the most impact, build the backlog, and ship the tools yourself - from smart automations to full AI-native products - under the guidance of Mélodie, our Head of People Systems.
 
👩‍💻🧑‍💻  As a HR Product Manager (AI & Automation) at Qonto, you will : 
  • Map the people stack end-to-end: You'll uncover the workflows and pain points across recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation and HR operations that cost the team the most time.
  • Own the backlog: You'll build and maintain a prioritised list of opportunities, ranked by impact and feasibility. 
  • Turn feedback into shippable problems:  You'll collect input from HRBPs, recruiters, managers, and all Qontoer’s and go further with discovery practices (UX research, POC/tests). You will translate those insights into clear problem statements, ready to build.
  • Ship products end-to-end: You will define the best technical solutions to tackle pain points and build our own HR product. You'll leverage AI to build your applications, prompts, evals, integrations, and automations yourself — not just spec them.
  • Measure what you ship: You'll define success metrics upfront and track them rigorously after launch.

You'll report to  Mélodie, Head of People Systems.
 
  • Her path? With 10+ years in HR and HRIS - from Coca-Cola Enterprises to ConvictionsRH, then Head of HR Digital CoE at Pernod Ricard and Head of People Systems & Performance at Doctolib - Mélodie has led large-scale HR transformation programs using data and automation. She joined Qonto in April 2025 and brings deep functional HR expertise with a product-minded, operational-excellence lens.
  • What she can bring to the team? As a manager, she strongly believes in empowering her team. You can expect real ownership and freedom over your work. She will provide you with the trust and autonomy needed to innovate, while strategically guiding the team through challenging organizational transformations.
 
🏅  About You
  • HR fluency: You have over 3 to 5 years of experience in HR (HRBP, HR Ops, RecOps, HR PM) with a strong knowledge & interest in AI and automation topics, ideally in a tech scale-up.
  • AI-native builder: You use AI tools daily and know how to go from prompt to production, not just ideate.
  • Product owner mindset: You write functional specs, own testing, and ship without needing a dedicated PM or designer.
  • Blank-page energy: You're self-taught, move fast, and build your own roadmap without waiting for permission.
  • Systems thinker: You break down complex problems and connect the dots across product, design, and ops.
