Cloud Development Engineer

## Company: Qualcomm China ## Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Software Engineering General Summary: Design and develop cloud-based backend software and services for data connectivity, processing, and analytics platforms. Build and maintain complex, multi-tier distributed systems based on microservice architecture. Provide software solutions according to technical and business requirements, and complete end-to-end implementation. Develop new product features and continuously improve system performance, stability, and scalability. Main Responsibilities Participate in requirement analysis, system design, and unit testing discussions. Support cloud environment operations and system maintenance when required. Participate in the design and development of AI-enabled cloud services, including data processing pipelines and AI application integration. Collaborate with data scientists or AI engineers to deploy, integrate, and optimize machine learning or AI models in cloud environments. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
