General Summary: Scope of Responsibility: * Quantify and size the South East Asia (SEA) opportunity by building a country-by-country Total Addressable Market (TAM) model for Arduino (makers, education, and professional/industrial use), including assumptions, sources, and a regularly updated repository. * Identify and map all routes-to-market selling Arduino products across SEA, including resellers, e-commerce marketplaces, e-catalogs, catalog sellers, offline distributors, and sellers of clones/compatibles; create and maintain detailed, country-level lists with actionable CRM information (company name, website, contacts, coverage, product range, pricing signals, and notes for outreach). * Build a comprehensive education-partner pipeline across SEA (Universities, vocational schools, and K-12), including decision makers, labs/centers, curriculum needs, existing maker programs, and partnership potential; maintain a CRM-ready partner database and prioritized outreach list aligned with Sales and Education objectives. * Create a detailed understanding and repository of all Arduino communities across SEA (online and offline), including forums, Facebook/Discord/Telegram groups, maker spaces, clubs, meetups, and key influencers; document size/engagement, topics, administrators, event cadence, and partnership opportunities. * Facilitate local community events with local partners, including Arduino system integrator, distributor, and enterprises customers. * Coordinate with top universities in Vietnam (e.g., FPT and other priority institutions) to execute Arduino University programs under the guidance of the Arduino Sales team, including stakeholder coordination, program logistics, reporting, and follow-up actions. Skills, Experience, and Education Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Data/Information Science. Engineering background is a positive but not required * 2–5 years of experience in marketing research, commercial operations, partner/channel development, or similar roles; experience in Southeast Asia markets is strongly preferred. * Proven ability to run primary and secondary research (desk research, outreach, interviews) and to build structured, reusable repositories of market and partner data that can be executed into a sales strategy * Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling); able to translate messy inputs into clean datasets, simple dashboards, and clear insights. * Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills with external partners (universities, K-12 organizations, communities, distributors) and internal teams (Sales/Education/Marketing). * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to synthesize findings into concise reports, opportunity summaries, and prioritized recommendations. * Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple country workstreams, maintain repeatable research processes, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. * Fluent in English; additional SEA language(s) a plus (Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Filipino, Malay, etc.). * Comfortable working across time zones and occasional travel within SEA as needed; committed to ethical research practices and confidentiality.
