## Company: Qualcomm China ## Job Area: Operations Group, Operations Group > Project Analyst General Summary: Responsibilities * Gathers information from common sources when identifying issues and may guide others to do the same. * Track data and support PgM for project related tasks and assignments * Summarize key SW metrics to support PgM to monitor SW health * Engineering resource data management and maintenance. * Device and equipment management, including ordering, shipment, and stock management. * Communicate and interact with suppliers, Finance, multiple engineering functions, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments to assess and report latest factors and/or requirements affecting the build schedules and project deliverables. * Communicates in a clear, concise, and accurate manner in most situations; generally chooses an appropriate communication medium and is open to others' thoughts and viewpoints. * communicates with colleagues outside of team as needed. * Typically understands strategic direction and communicates it to team members. Skills/Experience * MS office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and other applications. * Able to use AI tools for efficiency improvement * Good understanding of technical knowledge, including SW development process and lifecycle, engineering language, and acronyms * Must function self-sufficiently with little direct supervision * Excellent English verbal and written communications skills. * Ability to understand key technical issues and extract information by asking appropriate questions and validating information prior to publication. * Chipset and Integrated Circuit development lifecycle/flow experience is a plus * Good read, written, and listening comprehension skill of English Educational Requirements Bachelor (Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science) in a technical or science discipline is plus. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree. OR Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
