We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Civil Construction to support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction estimating, project coordination, or project management and a strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and contract administration.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field with 2–3 years of construction project management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in civil construction estimating, project coordination, or project management.
Understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and contract administration.
Experience coordinating subcontracted and self-performed work.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to project sites as required.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate active construction sites, including stairs and ladders.

Experience with IDIQ, design-build, or task-order construction projects.
Experience with government or federal construction contracts.
OSHA 30 certification.
First Aid and CPR certification.
Construction Quality Management (CQM/CQC) certification.
Engineer in Training (EIT), Associate Constructor (AC), or similar industry credential.
