Job summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused ERP Support Consultant to provide technical and functional support for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, assisting users, and ensuring the ERP system operates efficiently to support business processes.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, ERP expertise, and excellent communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users.

Key responsibilities

• 
  Provide technical and functional supportfor ERP system users across different business units.
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams.
• 
  Assist in ERP implementations, upgrades, and system configurationsto meet business requirements.
• 
  Develop and maintain ERP user documentation, training materials, and best practices.
• 
  Work closely with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operationsto ensure ERP alignment with business needs.
• 
  Monitor ERP system performance, security, and data integrity, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• 
  Conduct training sessionsfor end-users to improve ERP adoption and proficiency.
• 
  Collaborate with ERP vendors and third-party support teamsfor issue resolution and enhancements.
• 
  Participate in system testing, integration, and process improvement initiatives.
• 
  Stay updated on ERP trends and emerging technologiesto enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 
  Qualifications & Requirements:
• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 
  3+ years of experiencein ERP support, administration, or a similar role, ideally with NetSuite.
• 
  Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)and business processes.
• 
  Experience in troubleshooting, system configurations, and user support.
• 
  Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting toolsis a plus.
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Experience in ERP implementation projects.
• 
  Knowledge of ERP security, workflows, and integrations.
• 
  Certification in ERP systems or ITIL service management.
• 
  Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
