Main responsibilities include:

• Independent management of intellectual property rights procedures and coordination with law firms in English;
• Advising clients and providing regular reports in English;
• Ensuring the preparation of legal opinions, documents, and reports;
• Managing deadlines and being responsible for the timely execution of tasks.

The perfect match…

• Education: Univ. B.Sc. Lawyer or 2nd Bologna degree in Law;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language – spoken and written; knowledge of German and/or other foreign languages is an advantage;
• Willingness to work in the field of intellectual property;
• Interest in working with data and documents;
• Accuracy and good organization skills;
• Communicativeness and ability to work in a team;
• The desire to perfect and introduce improvements;
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Word, Excel and Outlook);
• Proactivity and openness to new technologies.
