Our PR team follows a “hybrid” model, requiring in-person attendance at our office located in São Paulo, some days per month.

The role of the Communications team is to craft narratives and messages that get to the heart of our business and create connections with internal and external audiences, contributing to strengthening our reputation with key stakeholders.
We are hiring for a PR Lead - Brand Communications to drive energetic, creative and consumer-centric communications campaigns that demonstrate the positive impact of the digital transformation we’re bringing to the real-estate industry and to people’s lives. This is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Communications Outreach: Plan, build, and execute creative, end-to-end consumer-facing campaigns that reach our users with positive and impactful brand messages. This includes using a multi-channel approach beyond traditional press to include PR stunts, influencer engagement, pop-up events, partnerships, launches, unique experiences and internal/owned channels
- →Integrated Campaign Management: Collaborate closely with the broader Marketing team to ensure PR planning amplifies corporate brand campaigns, maximizing shared impact and speed to market.
- →Media Relations & Crisis Management: Work with reporters and influencers daily to build constructive relationships that allow us to tell our story, defend our brand and reach consumers across traditional press and social media formats, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and others.
- →Spokesperson Support: Coordinate and facilitate interviews, prepare briefing documents, manage speaker opportunities and train executives to act as media spokespersons when needed.
- →Communications Counsel: Advise executives and internal stakeholders regarding appropriate communications opportunities and strategies to support business needs.
Requirements
~1 min read- Solid experience as part of an internal communications team or public relations agency is required, with strong experience in agencies that support active consumer brands.
- Proven track record of executing high-velocity, high-visibility consumer campaigns with measurable cultural impact.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
- Execution with Impact: Proven ability to identify news opportunities and translate them into integrated communications strategies – spanning earned media, social, influencer partnerships, and creative activations – that drive measurable results and audience engagement.
- Brand Storytelling: Ability to express brand voice with clarity and nuance, and translate complex topics into compelling, consumer-facing storytelling.
- Corporate Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in both Portuguese and English that support strategic decision-making.
- Critical Thinking: Strong analytical rigor and sound judgment in shaping narratives, balancing creativity with strategic clarity and reputational awareness.
- Articulation and Influence: Experience advising and supporting senior-level executives to build consensus and align interests across an organization.
- Collaboration/Autonomy: Ability to operate both independently and cross-functionally, partnering effectively with marketing, product, and commercial teams to deliver against business objectives.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Comfort operating in a complex and dynamic environment.
