Manager II, Compliance & Risk Operations

• →Manage compliance activities for NERC registered projects.

• →Track and complete regulatory filings for NERC registered projects.

• →Work with NERC Implementation team during construction phase of projects to complete project registration with applicable entities.
• →Lead meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and more.

• →Manage workflow for Compliance Analyst.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 4 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles.

• 3+ years’ work experience in NERC Compliance

• 4+ years actively managing/supporting a Generator Owner and/or Generator Operator compliance program

• Technical knowledge of power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards

• NERC Operator Certification strongly preferred

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Additional knowledge of ERCOT, CAISO, and other ISO/RTO markets, State Public Utilities Commissions, and IA/PAA operational requirements desirable

This position is hybrid in Fernley, NV.

The target hiring range for this position is $100,000-130,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors. This range is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of any specific salary.
