On behalf of our client, a hotel in Tyrol, Austria, we are looking for a Chef de Partie (m,f,d)!

  Preparing and finishing dishes at the assigned kitchen station

  Organising the mise en place

• →

  Working in the hotel kitchen during daily service

• →

  Preparing Tyrolean and creative dishes in accordance with the hotel's standards

• →

  Monitoring the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes

• →

  Working closely with the Sous Chef, Head Chef (Küchenchef), and the rest of the kitchen team

• →

  Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards

• →

  Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

• →

  Working independently and responsibly during service

• →

  Contributing to an outstanding dining experience for the hotel's guests

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or an independent chef

• Completed culinary or hospitality education is preferred

• Experience working in a hotel kitchen or restaurant

• A passion for cooking and preparing high-quality food

• Creativity in the preparation and presentation of dishes

• A high level of responsibility and attention to detail

• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently

• A neat, organised, and professional approach to work

• Good knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards

• Salary: €2,000 to € 2,450 net
