On behalf of our client, a 4* Hotel in Nauders, Tyrol, Austria  we are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d)!

• Completed apprenticeship as a chef
• Experience in a similar position in upscale hotels or gastronomy
• Enjoyment of working with fresh products
• Creativity, organized, and meticulous work
• Reliability, readiness to take responsibility, passion, and joy for the profession
• German, English or Italian language skills

• Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company guidelines
• Adherence to hotel-specific standards and hygiene regulations
• Preparation of daily 4-course half-board menus
• Good cooperation with suppliers and internal departments
• Production and preparation of fresh dishes
• Contribution of new ideas for weekly menu design

• Net salary between 1,800 and 1,900 € per month, overpayment based on qualification
• Annual employment, 6 days | 48 hours per week
