We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Creative Lead to take the reins on key projects and accounts. 


Role Purpose

The Creative Lead will help shape the vision and direction of our Experiential Retail pillar, transforming retail and brand spaces into experiences that are dynamic, interactive, and culturally alive. Beyond managing projects, this role is about building strategic client relationships that allow us to elevate our work, push boundaries, and embed our point of view across both physical and digital dimensions.


The Creative Lead defines and drives the creative vision for Random’s Experiential Retail work. This role combines brand strategy, spatial design, and digital storytelling to create adaptive, interactive brand environments. It balances visionary direction with hands-on leadership across creative teams and client relationships, ensuring each project is both culturally resonant and commercially sound.


Core Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Vision

  • Lead creative thinking across all Experiential Retail projects, from pop-ups to flagship activations.
  • Translate brand strategy into living, evolving spatial narratives and scalable guidelines.
  • Work closely with graphic and motion design, as well as spatial designers and creative tech to push teams to explore the intersection of physical, digital, and human experience.
  • Ensure the work is bold, brand relevant, and embodies the studio’s vision.

Client Partnership & Strategy

  • Serve as the primary creative contact for key clients, building relationships that go beyond delivery.
  • Anticipate client needs, co-shape project roadmaps, and create space for innovation.
  • Help clients see the potential of brand spaces as interactive, evolving experiences rather than static installations.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities and proactive strategic pitches.


Team Leadership

  • Mentor and inspire creative teams across disciplines, encouraging experimentation and collaboration.
  • Set the tone for human-centered leadership and creative ambition.
  • Guide internal alignment across strategy, design, and production teams to deliver coherent, high-quality experiences.


Innovation & Edge

  • Explore new ways to embed digital and interactive layers in physical spaces.
  • Champion work that evolves over time and responds to user interaction.
  • Act as a thought partner in shaping the future of experiential retail for both clients and the studio.



Profile & Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in creative leadership within experiential, retail, or brand design.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and high-profile brand projects.
  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling, spatial design, and digital integration.
  • Experience with global brands, ideally in lifestyle, sportswear, or fashion.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable in client-facing discussions and internal leadership.
  • Strategic, curious, and culture-driven — capable of transforming client relationships into creative opportunities.
  • Passionate about creating spaces that are dynamic, interactive, and culturally alive.
