• →Technical Discovery: Conduct deep-dive research into B2B customer requirements to support our growing ecosystem.
• →Regulatory Scoping: Research messaging protocols and legal regulations for emergency services, specifically focusing on 112 in the EU (starting with France) and 999 in the UK.
• →Partner Ecosystems: Identify, vet, and create a cost-benefit analysis for potential SMS aggregation partners.
• →Demo Environment: Helping with manual testing of different demos in different scenarios such as different jurisdictions.
• →Building Tools: Support both B2B and Public Safety Government (PSG) teams by building AI-driven tools to reduce manual overhead in day-to-day operations.

• Analytical Rigor: Ability to validate complex technical and legal requirements for emergency messaging (112/999).
• Technical Aptitude: Experience or interest in building functional, AI-driven toolkits and working with SMS aggregators.
• Strategic Thinking: Capability to move from a single-city pilot to a repeatable, scalable process.
• Mission-Driven: A passion for using technology to save lives and solve large-scale global challenges.
• Communication: Ability to deliver a comprehensive "Expansion Playbook" consisting of a compliance roadmap, partner selection matrix, and internal toolkits
• Timing: This internship will run from August 1 - October 31, 2026.
