RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Front Office Associate to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing services to patients and referring professionals by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting and registering patients in a cheerful, professional, and sincere manner. 
  

The shift hours are varied depending on availability of associate and shift coverage that is needed. This includes any shift that may need coverage Monday through Sunday. Hours are varied.

Required: 

1. →High School Diploma, or equivalent 

1. →One (1) year of Customer Service experience 

1. →Proficient in using computer systems and typing 

1. →Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel 

Preferred: 

1. →Previous medical office experience 

1. →Medical terminology and office background 

1. →Insurance knowledge 

1. →Bilingual
