Responsibilities
~2 min read• Offer & Reward Uploads – Manage end-to-end upload of offers, gift cards, and rewards for internal and client requests.
• Invoicing Requests – Own the invoicing lifecycle from Proforma Invoice request through to final Tax Invoice and payment tracking.
• Reporting incl. Ad Hoc Reports – Support report setup at program launch and fulfil ad hoc client reporting requests.
• Offer Testing – Own the ongoing testing cadence for live offers and coordinate merchant outreach for issues found.
• Merchant Payouts & Reconciliation – Collect and reconcile merchant MIS/invoices and drive the corresponding client invoicing process.
• Inventory Management – Monitor and plan reward code inventory to prevent stock-outs across live programs.
• Vendor / Client Onboarding – Collect KYC documentation and coordinate vendor/client onboarding on the Razorpay SAP system.
• Cross-functional Coordination – Act as the primary Ops point of contact for Account Managers, Finance, and Partnerships teams.
Mandatory Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, client operations, or process-heavy coordination roles.
• Comfortable managing high-volume, ticket-based workflows across Slack and email with strict TATs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude) for automating workflows, report generation, and process documentation is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate documentation completeness before processing.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and prioritize effectively based on urgency and criticality.
• Basic understanding of invoicing/finance workflows (POs, Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices) is a plus.
• Experience with reconciliation or vendor/merchant onboarding processes is a plus.
• Highly organized, able to work independently while coordinating across multiple internal teams.
