About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for an AI Builder – Marketing to join Razorpay’s Central AI Initiatives team and build AI-powered solutions that improve marketing effectiveness at scale.
This role combines AI, marketing, automation, and analytics to solve high-impact business problems across customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, campaign optimization, personalization, content automation, and marketing intelligence.
You will work closely with Growth, Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to identify opportunities, build scalable AI systems, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities

Identify and solve marketing problems using AI across acquisition, engagement, retention, and campaign optimization.

Build and deploy AI-powered solutions for personalization, customer segmentation, content generation, marketing automation, and analytics.

Design and implement systems leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and workflow automation.

Partner with Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and Product teams to define high-impact use cases.

Build dashboards, intelligence systems, and internal AI tools to improve marketing productivity and decision-making.

Own projects end-to-end, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and optimization.
Requirements
~1 min readStrong experience with LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), prompt engineering, RAG, and AI workflow orchestration.
Exposure to marketing automation, CRM, customer analytics, campaign performance, or MarTech ecosystems is preferred.
Experience with tools such as Airflow, Kafka, GCP, Docker, and frontend technologies like React is a plus.
We are looking for candidates who have built AI-driven marketing, growth, or automation systems and can independently take ideas from problem identification to production.
