Position Overview: The AD/D, Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the businesses and will also lead the business charter. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading marketing teams, creating growth marketing strategies, leveraging data for decision-making, and executing successful product brand campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in marketing/Category management , with a strong background in driving all marketing tools and programs to drive growth.
Responsibilities
~1 min read○ Lead the business charter, driving strategic initiatives to enhance business engagement and growth.
○ Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of the business charter.
○ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth in the business segment.
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
○ Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
○ Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages professional growth.
○ Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
○ Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
Brand Management:
○ Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
○ Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
○ Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and events.
○ Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
○ Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
○ Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Requirements
