We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Junior Demand Generation Specialist to support enterprise lead generation and pipeline development initiatives across global markets.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, outbound marketing, campaign execution, prospect research, and marketing automation. This role will work closely with Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams to generate qualified leads, support account-based marketing initiatives, and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Identify and research target accounts, decision-makers, and buying committees within enterprise organizations.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Assist in generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through outbound and inbound programs.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Assist in executing campaigns across:
    • LinkedIn
    • Email Marketing
    • Webinars
    • Content Syndication
    • Industry Events
    • Outbound Prospecting Programs
  • Coordinate campaign assets, landing pages, email sequences, and lead capture activities.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Perform prospect research and data enrichment using various sales and marketing tools.
  • Maintain CRM and marketing automation databases with accurate contact information.
  • Support lead scoring, segmentation, and list management activities.
  • Ensure lead data quality and compliance with marketing processes.
  • Support lead nurturing workflows using HubSpot and other automation platforms.
  • Assist in setting up email campaigns, nurture sequences, and automated follow-ups.
  • Utilize AI-powered prospecting and enrichment tools to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Coordinate outreach activities with SDR and Sales teams.
  • Monitor campaign metrics including:
    • Leads Generated
    • MQLs
    • Conversion Rates
    • Email Performance
    • Campaign Engagement
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Maintain dashboards and marketing activity tracking sheets.
  • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure timely follow-up of generated leads.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to support campaign execution.
  • Participate in campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Demand Generation, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, Inside Sales, or B2B Marketing.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS, Technology, IT Services, or Enterprise Solutions environment.
  • Understanding of lead generation and demand generation concepts.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Marketing, and email outreach.
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Experience in prospect research and contact database management.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience targeting enterprise customers or technology decision-makers.
  • Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clay, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered lead generation and outreach platforms.
  • Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, or B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of enterprise ecosystems such as:
    • SAP
    • Oracle
    • ServiceNow
    • Workday
    • Salesforce
  • Experience identifying and engaging:
    • Enterprise Customers
    • System Integrators (SI Partners)
    • Consulting Partners
    • Technology Partners
