The Role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Control Inspector who can operate independently, lead inspection activities, and elevate our quality systems.

This is not an entry-level role—you will be expected to take ownership of inspection processes, work through complex quality challenges, and play a key role in maintaining and improving our standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex inspections using advanced metrology equipment, including CMMs (programming + operation)
• Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings with a high degree of accuracy
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 standards
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances
• Develop, modify, and optimize CMM programs (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent)
• Oversee inspection planning, execution, and reporting
• Mentor and support junior inspectors
• Partner with Engineering and Production to resolve quality issues and improve processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment (machine shop preferred)
• Strong experience with CMM programming and inspection
• Advanced proficiency with precision measuring tools
• Deep understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
• Familiarity with CNC machining processes and CAD/CAM integration
• ASQ certification or equivalent is a plus
