About the Role

To be successful in this role you will be able to:
- Quickly build strong relationships built on trust and capability with your designated portfolio
- Learn and assimilate quickly, having previous experience in a large and diverse organisation
- Lead complex employee relations matters with confidence
- Provide quality advice and coaching to improve people manager capability.
- Embed strong and impactful psychosocial safety and wellbeing practices at every touchpoint
- Positively influence workplace culture and employee engagement across Arts Centre Melbourne
- Collaborate with, coach, develop and mentor People & Culture team members – leading with integrity and empathy

- Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources Business Partnering role
- A solid grounding in contemporary and strategic organisational people challenges

- Experience in leading and resolving complex and sensitive employee and industrial relations issues
- Experience and demonstrated results in coaching and empowering people leaders
