What You'll Be Doing- Delivering evidence-based OT assessment and intervention for paediatric patients across inpatient and outpatient settings at Lyell McEwin Health Service
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including medical, nursing, and allied health colleagues to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Engaging with children, families, and carers to support functional goals across developmental, sensory, and participation domains
- Contributing to service improvement, student supervision, and clinical education within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN)
- Demonstrated clinical experience in paediatric OT practice, including assessment and therapeutic intervention
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-moving public hospital environment, managing a varied caseload with appropriate prioritisation
- Strong communication skills when working with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to culturally safe, family-centred practice aligned with SA Health's values of integrity, respect, and care
To be eligible for this position, you must have an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
