About the Role

This role manages the creation, development and delivery of compelling video content for Arts Centre Melbourne’s social media channels, digital platforms and campaigns to drive strong customer engagement.

Full-time, ongoing position. Band 3.2.13 $85,347.00 plus superannuation.

  • A creative thinker with experience ideating, producing and editing video content in a commercial environment
  • Extensive hands-on industry experience creating video for social media and digital platforms
  • Detail oriented with exceptional communication skills with advanced attention to detail
  • Proven ability to connect and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The Marketing team is responsible for maximising audience engagement in Arts Centre Melbourne’s enriching experiences. Through the delivery of compelling creative, campaigns, communications and content, the team attracts and engages customers with our brand, offer, and community.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in content creation in a marketing environment and creating video content for social media platforms, native advertising and email marketing
  • High proficiency in ideating, briefing and creating effective video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Linked In and more
  • Awareness of best practice to drive engagement and action on digital platforms, and understanding of how to target audiences with various type of content
  • An understanding of content specifications across digital platforms including desktop, mobile, social media, online and pre-roll video
  • Video and image editing skills including advanced skills in video editing using Premiere Pro, and intermediate skills in motion graphics
  • Creative thinker who can translate written and verbal briefs into high-quality content, and cleverly adapt existing content into new forms
