About the Role
~1 min readAs a BDE at Recooty AI, you will be on the front lines of our growth. You won't just be selling software; you will be helping HR Managers and Founders solve their biggest headache, finding great talent quickly. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and showcase how our AI technology can transform their recruitment process.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prospecting & Lead Gen: Identify potential clients (SMBs, Staffing Agencies, and Enterprises) through market research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach (email/calling).
- →Consultative Selling: Understand the unique hiring challenges of prospective clients and articulate how Recooty AI solves them better than legacy tools.
- →Product Demos: Conduct engaging online demonstrations of the Recooty platform, specifically highlighting our new AI features (e.g., candidate matching, automated screening).
- →Pipeline Management: Manage a robust pipeline of leads in our CRM, ensuring constant follow-up and movement through the sales funnel.
- →Market Feedback: Act as the "ears" of the company. Gather feedback from prospects regarding their needs and objections to help our Product team improve the AI capabilities.
- →Partnerships: Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with HR consultants and job boards.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation (SaaS or HR Tech experience is a huge plus).
- Communication: Top-tier verbal and written communication skills. You can write a cold email that actually gets opened and hold a conversation with a CEO.
- Tech-Savviness: You understand the basics of AI and can explain technical benefits in simple, human terms.
- Hunter Mentality: You are self-motivated, resilient, and not afraid of rejection. You view a "no" as just a step closer to a "yes."
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.).
