Responsibilities

The Commercial Flood Risk & Collateral Servicing is responsible for the due diligence required for FDPA (Flood Disaster Protection Act) compliance for all transactions requiring special handling Life of Loan monitoring processes related to Lender Placed Insurance (LPI) and Policy Renewals. Interfaces with Flood Vendors, Line of Business (LOB) partners, Asset Managers, insurance agents, stakeholders to drive completion and resolution of file analysis. The position is key to ensuring ServisFirst Bank is fully assessing flood related risk.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) or more years of related or similar experience
  • Basic knowledge of commercial and consumer loan documentation and related regulations
  • Ability to complete work in a timely fashion with little to no supervision while performing duties, as demonstrated in previous experience meeting regular production goals
  • Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
