Agency Development Lead - EMEA

As an EMEA Agency Development Lead at Reddit, you will play a key role in expanding Reddit's business across the region (UK market - core focus) by partnering with major holding companies and agencies. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic partnerships, education programs, executive engagement, and next-generation business solutions.

This role requires someone who can build strategic relationships, think commercially, and work closely with global agency leads, regional sales leaders, and cross-functional partners to accelerate growth across the EMEA market.

• →Serve as a liaison between agencies/ holding companies and Reddit to develop strategic programs and partnerships.
• →Create and execute quarterly and annual holding company go-to-market strategies aligned with broader sales and corporate objectives.
• →Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of regional/ local strategies.
• →Develop and contribute to regional tentpole events in partnership with Business Marketing.
• →Act as a senior industry thought leader and ambassador for Reddit.
• →Negotiate and execute partnership agreements with key agencies/ holding companies
• →Lead educational programs and training sessions (in partnership with Partner Success team) focused on best practices for Reddit
• →Partner with agencies to strengthen creative strategy and campaign execution for client success.
• →Provide advertiser insights and market feedback to Product Marketing and Product teams.
• →Work closely with Sales on account planning initiatives to drive both net-new business and growth within existing advertisers.

• 8+ years of experience in brand advertising, partnership sales, or agency relationship management.
• Deep familiarity with agencies/ holding companies and strong relationships across the UK/ EMEA agency landscape.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior agency decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to navigating product, process, and client challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
