Night Auditor

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a night auditor based in CBD area. Responsible for the auditing of all revenue-generating departments on a daily basis. System maintenance, back-ups and running of the EOD (End of day) Late check-ins and early check-outs as per Hotel policy and procedures and to deal with any special needs or requests a guest may have during his stay. All the above responsibilities are executed during a night shift: 22h30 to 07h00. Will be required to attend daily morning meeting in the absence of the Night Manager. Requirements At least 1 year's experience in a 4* or 5 * Front Office position of Receptionist, Night Auditor. Computer literate. Front Office, Reservations, Cashiering & Reporting – essential. Previous Auditing Experience an advantage. Computer Literate – Windows and experience in Word and Excel essential. Excellent Communication Skills. Excellent Guest Relations. Driver’s License.
