Resolve Wellness, the massage therapy division of Rehab United Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy, is looking for a talented and dedicated massage therapist to join our growing team. We're a leading provider of exceptional wellness services in San Diego, committed to helping our clients achieve optimal health and well-being.

We are proud to be an approved provider of massage therapy services for Veterans through the VA Community Care Network, and we also serve a thriving community of cash-pay clients seeking specialized care for injury, chronic pain, and performance optimization. This position is ideal for a therapist who is confident in clinical massage skills and passionate about working with diverse populations, including Veterans, athletes, and individuals with chronic pain or recovery goals. What We Offer

✓Provide a variety of therapeutic massage modalities, including sports massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, prenatal, and Swedish. Training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Cranio Sacral Therapy are strongly desired but not required.

✓Collaborate with our physical therapists to create personalized treatment plans for clients.

✓Maintain accurate SOAP note documentation and ensure client safety and satisfaction.

✓Contribute to our team's marketing efforts and participate in community outreach initiatives.

Requirements

Massage Therapy License in the State of California
Versatility in massage modalities
CPR Certification
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to accurately document client chart notes (SOAP Notes)
Ability to receive and implement direction provided by medical professionals

Nice to Have

Specialized training in Cranio Sacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and/or Prenatal massage
Experience with cupping and/or instrument-assisted soft tissue modalities (IASTM)
Knowledge of Mindbody Online software
Experience working in medical or chiropractic setting.
