  • Lead townhall sessions
  • Weekly HR Employee Induction to new joiners and monitor functional induction plan progress 
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Launch Performance Management training and review exercise for Operations team.
  • Sole accountability for all L&D activities and timelines
  • Support SHE in training administration (Assist with course registration, uploading SHE Training in e-learning platform and course payment)
  • Provide advice to employees and manage the activities pertaining to industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct and discipline
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Covering Exit interviews
  • Educate the People Managers and employees on policy/ system changes and implications, as well as understand and gather their feedback and input
  • Acts as the Communication channel for HR
  • Management of RISG HR Social Media Account and Glassdoor review
  • Any other duties assigned by HR Director / HR Manager

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in learning and development, training, or a related HR role.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to assess training effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-learning platforms.
  • Language proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.
