Resaro builds custom AI testing software that helps organisations validate the performance, robustness, and safety of mission-critical AI systems — spanning computer vision, generative AI, and autonomous systems. Our clients include government, military, and commercial organisations deploying AI in high-stakes environments. We work through embedded teams deployed on-site or closely integrated with our clients.

We're looking for a Solution Architect to lead our technical pre-sales and solution scoping. You'll be the first technical point of contact for customers — understanding their needs, designing solutions that map to our platform capabilities, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to engineering. This role requires a rare blend of technical depth and business communication.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements: workshops, demos, solution design sessions
• Scope customer requirements and translate them into formal technical specifications
• Design solution architectures that map customer needs to AIP platform capabilities
• Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth handover from scoping to deployment
• Maintain ongoing technical relationships with key accounts
• Contribute to proposal writing, RFP responses, and technical documentation
• Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap
• Advise customers on AI governance, testing methodology, and regulatory compliance
  
• Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements: scope, plan, and sequence workstreams while coordinating Resaro engineers and client stakeholders to land outcomes on time and on scope. 
  

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts: model evaluation, testing, deployment
• Experience designing solutions for enterprise and government customers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills: comfortable in executive-level conversations
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer business value
• Experience with proposal writing, RFP responses, and formal requirements documentation
• Self-directed and comfortable operating across time zones and geographies

Nice to Have

• Experience in defence, pharma, or government AI procurement
• Understanding of AI governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Technical depth in one or more AI domains (LLM, CV, RL)
• German language skills (for Munich-based roles)
• Experience with Palantir, Datadog, or similar enterprise software companies
• Existing network in Singapore government/defence or German defence procurement

• Production-grade code: You must demonstrate the ability to write clean, tested, maintainable code that ships to production — not just prototypes or notebooks.
• Communication and handover: You must be able to clearly document your work, hand over context to colleagues, and communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Independent operation: You must be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, manage ambiguity, and make sound technical decisions.
• T-shaped profile: Depth in your primary area plus working knowledge across the stack. We value breadth alongside expertise.
