Sr. Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer

We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer to join a global application development team responsible for connecting systems in real time. This role focuses on building and maintaining SFCC and SFRA-based e-commerce sites, delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, modern front-end technologies, and .NET Core middleware on Azure.

This is an opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, influence architecture and coding standards, and collaborate closely with business and engineering teams to deliver resilient commerce systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and SFRA-based web sites.
• Build scalable, unit-testable solutions for website applications and participate in code reviews.
• Integrate SFCC with backend services using REST and SOAP, including authentication and data transformation.
• Configure and manage SFCC Business Manager settings related to site functionality and deployments.
• Implement front-end features using JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3 to support commerce experiences.
• Collaborate with back-end teams developing .NET Core middleware on Azure to ensure end-to-end integration.
• Champion secure coding practices, architecture patterns, resiliency, and thorough documentation.
• Work across planning, design, implementation, deployment, operations, and support phases.
• Communicate effectively with associates and business contacts to promote teamwork and clear delivery expectations.
• Provide assessments and recommendations for ecommerce system design and ensure architectural integrity when integrating components.

• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and familiarity with SFRA.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript ES6, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience integrating with REST and SOAP services, including handling authentication and data transformation.
• Familiarity with SFCC Business Manager configuration.
• Experience working with .NET Core middleware and backend services.
• Experience developing on Azure and supporting cloud-hosted middleware.
• Knowledge of web security principles and protecting sensitive data in commerce applications.
• Experience with version control and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub Co-Pilot, Microsoft Co-Pilot).
