Our client is a U.S.-based company operating in the commercial and residential services sector, known for rapid response, cutting-edge technology, and a strong customer-first approach. As they expand their digital presence, they’re hiring a Full Stack Marketer to lead performance-driven marketing campaigns and help build the function from the ground up.
- Own paid advertising strategies across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook), focusing on ROI and lead generation
- Tailor campaigns for multiple personas (e.g., field operator vs CFO) with precise messaging
- Manage simultaneous projects like launching campaigns, writing landing page copy, or optimizing email nurture flows
- Work cross-functionally with sales and leadership to ensure campaign alignment with business goals
- Write engaging content for ads, emails, landing pages, and web assets
- Optimize website structure and content for SEO and discoverability
- Track campaign performance, run A/B tests, analyze KPIs, and iterate for improvement
- Blend creativity with data analysis—comfortable switching between the two as needed
- 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B
- Proficiency in PPC tools (Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads)
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM
- Working knowledge of SEO and how to apply it to content and site structure
- Strong communication and copywriting skills with clarity and tone for different audiences
- Able to juggle multiple deliverables and manage time efficiently
- Fast-paced mindset and startup readiness
- English fluency (C1–C2 level)
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, or similar CMS/design tools
- Experience managing email automation workflows or CRM campaigns
- Fully remote role with a stable U.S.-based company
