Our Client:
Our client has built an AI-powered operating system that runs the entire sales engagement layer for automotive dealerships, and it's already proven at scale, having worked over a million leads and booked more than 100,000 appointments.
They're changing the way sales works in automotive. The old model, broken manual follow-up loops, reps buried in busywork, is being replaced by a closed-loop system that handles the grind, so sales reps can focus on what they do best: selling and closing. Dealerships grow. The category is moving fast, and this team is right at the centre of it.
This is a pivotal moment. The company is transitioning from build mode to scale mode, and the category around AI-driven automotive sales infrastructure is exploding. If you want to join a team that's already delivering real results and help take it to the next level, the timing couldn't be better.
In This Role, You’ll:
Own organic growth as a business outcome. You'll set the strategy, own the publishing operation, and build the community across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, and X, from content pillars and cadence through to day-to-day execution.
The scoreboard is simple: followers, reach, qualified attention, and traceable pipeline. This is direct response thinking applied to organic, every piece of content has a job and a number attached to it. You bring the instinct for what makes a dealership decision-maker stop scrolling, keep watching, trust us, and take action.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategy and editorial direction (~25%)
- Platform strategy across LinkedIn, IG, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, FB, and X; knowing what performs where and why
- The editorial calendar and content architecture; what we publish, for whom, toward what goal
- The testing roadmap; what to test, and the hypothesis each test answers
- Audience and offer insight that makes our content land with GMs, Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, and BDC managers (without alienating the reps)
Execution (~55%)
- Hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs that stop the scroll and drive action
- Daily co-concepting with the Director of Media
- Publishing on cadence across every platform
- In-platform engagement and community building; comments, DMs, replies, relationships
- Running the content pipeline so output stays consistent and on-brand
Reporting and growth ownership (~20%)
- Owning the organic scoreboard; reach, retention, watch time, follower growth, saves, shares, profile-to-pipeline
- Reading performance weekly and reporting it up clearly
- Closing the loop; every read reshapes the next cycle of concepting and publishing
- Spotting growth signals early and moving on them before they cool
What You’ll Bring:
Non-negotiable: you have grown a real account organically. B2B, founder-led, or a company brand. You can show the growth, explain what drove it, and prove it was your hand on the wheel. This is the gap we are hiring to fill, so it is the first thing we screen for.
The rest:
- Direct response marketing experience; you think in hooks, offers, and conversion, never vanity metrics
- Fluency with performance data; you read it, find the signal, and act on it
- Strong content instinct; you know why a piece works, not only that it worked
- Platform-native knowledge; current on formats, sounds, and what performs where
- Copywriting ability for hooks, captions, scripts, and CTAs
- Comfort with daily, high-frequency collaboration and fast feedback loops
- Ownership; you bring ideas and chase the number without being managed to it
Platforms and Tools:
- Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube
- DaVinci, Adobe Premiere (preferably DaVinci)
- Canva, Adobe Express (or Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with publishing/scheduling tools
- OpusClip, SubMagic, or similar
This Role Isn't For You If
You're a skilled content creator who has never owned growth. Posting skill is common, growing an account on purpose is rare, and we need the second one. You're a pure strategist who won't touch the work, most of the week is making and publishing. You think in views and impressions that never connect to pipeline. You need heavy direction to set a plan and execute against it. Or you'd treat organic as one of several priorities rather than a full-time mandate with full-time accountability.
