Part-Time Taproom Team Member - Ballard

Position summary:

Reuben’s Brews is looking for a Part-Time Taproom Team Member at our Ballard location with an unrelenting passion for sharing craft beer, handcrafted food, and authentic events. The applicant who joins our team will be responsible for delighting our guests with exemplary service that matches the quality of our offerings.

About us:

Reuben's Brews is a family brewery that opened in 2012. We brew from the glass backwards: designing each beer with intention, unbound by constraints. We know making the extra effort is worth it. We are the most decorated brewery in Washington, have two brewhouses, two taprooms, and two private event spaces, and we distribute our beer predominantly in the Pacific Northwest. In 2024 we brewed 26,000 BBLs. 

The role:

This role is responsible for the following:

• Provide excellent service - be a trusted guide for all who enter our tasting rooms whether for our beer, food, events, atmosphere, or company
• Increase sales through great customer service
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized environment
• Prepare for and execute events (public and private) 
• Follow all SOPs, and recommend updates as needed 
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the guest experience 
  

Requirements: 

• MAST Permit Class 12 
• Food Worker Card / Food Handler Permit 
• Physical demands of the role include but are not limited to: Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; Often lift or move full 1/2BBL kegs.
