The Sr. Director of Customer Replenishment is responsible for developing and executing replenishment strategies that align with Revlon's business and supply chain objectives. This role leads the identification and implementation of process improvements to optimize replenishment efficiency and effectiveness.

The Sr. Director leads a team of Replenishment Directors and Managers whose job is to analyze key business indicators (KPIs)—including in-stock levels, shipments, and inventory—to inform decision-making and drive performance. The Sr. Director leads the development of plans to minimize replenishment and supply chain fines, ensuring compliance and cost control.

 

Responsibilities

  • Leads the annual management of Revlon’s inventory position across our US Retail business and drives improvement across key metrics:
    • In-stock / service levels
    • Inventory turns
    • Weeks of Supply
    • End of life management
  • Optimize Inventory Flow and Reduce Total Cost‑to‑Serve
  • Improve forecasting accuracy at store/UPC level
  • Leverage analytics to improve inventory positioning and optimize flow
  • Ensure adoption of new capabilities through training, change management, and performance tracking

 

  • Strengthen Customer Partnerships Through Integrated End‑to‑End Collaboration
  • Be the supply chain face of the company for key retailers
  • Lead joint business planning, data transparency initiatives, and cross-functional problem‑solving forums to drive mutual growth
  • Build customer trust by delivering flawless execution on promotions, seasonal events, and new item introductions, leading to measurable sales and share gains

 

  • Create and facilitate the learnings from Reporting against KPIs for the Customer Replenishment team, including in-stock and fill rates, OTIF penalties, and other key metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards providing visibility to enterprise KPIs.
  • Embed advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to enable proactive decision-making
  • Ensure standardized definitions, consistent reporting, and a single source of truth
  • Partner cross-functionally to expand data access and automate reporting
  • Create a process where information is shared monthly electronically and Quarterly through a formal presentation to the Sales Leadership team

 

  • Partner with Customer Logistics teams to ensure alignment on internal and external KPIs
  • Proactively identify business challenges, analyze root causes and partner with Logistics to implement corrective actions.
  • Use available data and system insights to shift the function from reactive issue resolution to proactive problem prevention

 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across systems administration and customer service functions
  • Build organizational capability in replenishment systems, analytics, and emerging AI tools
  • Set clear performance expectations, accountability, and development plans
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • Experience working with a variety of customers across Mass Market, Drug, Grocery, and Amazon
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Chicago, IL: The base pay range for this position is $180,000 - 225,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Rogers, Arkansas: The base pay range for this position is $180,000 - 225,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

New York, New York: The base pay range for this position is $196,000 - 245,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.

Employees will also receive 4 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
