RF-SMART is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our agile product team in Jacksonville, FL. You'll work on both mobile and web applications, contributing across our technology stack. • →Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using React Native, React, and C#/.NET
• →Collaborate with developers, QA, product owners, and scrum team in an agile environment
• →Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
• →Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• →Learn from the team and contribute your expertise
• →Explore and experiment with new tools and AI-assisted development approaches

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3-5 years of professional software development experience
• React and TypeScript experience
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Git and team-based development workflows
• Eagerness to learn and work independently

• React Native or mobile app development experience
• C# and .NET experience
• Interest in or experience using AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.)

• Mobile app deployment experience
• Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Database experience (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Cross-platform development

• Initial screening with Talent Acquisition
• Technical interview with Hiring Manager
• Team interview with Development Team
• Cross-functional interview with QA, Product, and Scrum Master
• Final conversation with Executive Leadership
