RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Accounting Manager — Store to join our team!   • Invoice Management & Processing: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization. Match invoices to purchase orders and documentation while promptly resolving discrepancies.
  • Data & System Entry: Input invoice data into the accounting system accurately to prepare for seamless payment processing.
  • Payment Processing & Disbursements: Prepare and process electronic payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks), monitor schedules for timely disbursements to avoid late fees, and address vendor/internal payment inquiries.
  • Reconciliations & Closing Support: Reconcile vendor statements and actively resolve outstanding balances. Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing by reconciling accounts payable and identifying unrecorded liabilities.
  • Financial Reporting & Documentation: Generate and maintain accounts payable aging reports and payment activity summaries. Keep organized, accurate records of all invoices, payments, and correspondence.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Ensure full compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax requirements (including 1099 reporting). Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for the vendor desk regarding payment status and collaborate with the retail dealership network to resolve invoice disputes quickly.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Utilize AP automation tools to enhance productivity and accuracy. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and stay current on AP industry trends
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience. 3+ years of retail experience with knowledge of A/P workflows and tax compliance (e.g., 1099) is strongly desired.
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables). Experience with ERP systems/accounting software (such as Sage Intacct, FloQast, or similar large ERP platforms) is beneficial.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Background or exposure to banking operations, ERP integrations, and reconciliation automation is a plus.
  • Professional Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
