Are you ready to turn your passion into a high-octane career? We’re looking for a sharp, driven Internet Sales Manager to join our fast-paced team at RideNow Powersports. In this role, you’ll be driving lead generation, managing online sales inquiries, converting digital prospects into dealership visits, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from click to delivery.
- Manage Digital Inquiries: Respond promptly to internet sales leads, phone inquiries, and online requests with speed, professionalism, and accuracy.
- Drive Sales Conversion: Guide online customers through product selection, financing options, and trade-in evaluations to set appointments and close deals.
- CRM & Lead Management: Maintain and optimize customer database records in the CRM to ensure diligent follow-up and pipeline tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with floor sales managers, F&I teams, and showroom staff for seamless customer hand-offs and dealership visits.
- Showcase Inventory Online: Ensure website inventory listings, photos, pricing, and specs are accurate and appealing to prospective buyers.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide an outstanding, high-touch customer experience that reflects the thrill and quality of the RideNow brand.
- Oversee Internet Sales Associates: Recruit, source, lead, train, support, and manage performance for internet sales associates to optimize team results, ensure accountability, and maintain consistency across digital sales operations.
- Execute Management Duties: Handle daily operational leadership, team scheduling, performance tracking, and other key administrative and supervisory duties as assigned.
- Upsell Protection & Accessories: Promote and sell extended warranty products, protection plans, parts, and accessories to maximize transaction value and customer satisfaction.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Goals: Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, conversion benchmarks, and revenue goals.
- Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in automotive or powersports internet sales, BDC, or sales management preferred.
- Tech & CRM Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with dealership CRM platforms, inventory management tools, and digital marketing channels.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with digital buyers.
- Goal-Oriented Drive: High motivation to reach sales targets, boost conversion rates, and deliver top-tier results.
- Powersports Passion: Enthusiasm for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or personal watercraft is a huge plus!
- Safety First mindset: Ability to safely navigate active dealership premises, vehicle lots, and showrooms around foot traffic and moving vehicles.
- Loud & Dynamic Environment: Comfort working in loud environments with frequent motorcycle noise, maintaining continuous situational awareness (head on a swivel) around active showroom and warehouse traffic.
