Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manages a team of Warranty Cancellations Administrators.
- →Assist with the answering of incoming email communication.
- →Assist with the answering of calls to the department phone line and escalations.
- →Assist processing incoming check refund calculations for pending cancellations.
- →Research aging cancellation requests and work through problem resolution.
- →Process all incoming cancellation requests for an assigned territory
- →Ensures the Cancellations team meets processing goals of 80% closures in 30 days personally and group average.
- →Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- →Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the
department and dealerships as a whole. - →Maintains a positive working relationship with all other employees.
- →Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station
Requirements
~1 min read- Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Experience managing staff and resolving complex issues.
- Excellent customer service and solid communication skills.
- Dealership experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
