Responsibilities

→Managing and growing existing clients:

→
- →Oversight and management of all flow workload for a set of existing business accounts

→
- →In depth knowledge of the existing accounts and history.

→
- →Provision of expert advice to clients around their feed requirements.

→
- →Periodical service reviews with the clients.

→
- →Leading production discussions and maintaining strong working relationships

→General point of escalation for the Second Line Feed management team and source of data, product and technical expertise;

→
- →Databases, vendor methodology

→
- →Systems

→
- →Client data usage

QUALIFICATIONS

→2+ Years Strong work experience in the financial data industry

→Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

→Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

→Candidates must be of Graduate caliber, preferably a bachelor's degree in a finance or a related field

→Experience as a Consultant or related position within the financial data industry.

→Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills required
→Demonstrates curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly AI, and is interested in exploring how new tools can improve customer, employee, and business outcomes.

Desirable:

→Sound working knowledge of financial spreadsheets, databases and applications

→Experienced and highly proficient with MS Excel® and MS PowerPoint®

→Knowledge of Financial concepts, including income benchmarks and securities

→Experience with PowerBi, Snowflake, SQL, SFTP and ETL processes

→Experience in a client facing role within financial markets
